Wayne serves as the Director of Operations at Guardian Computer, managing the day-to-day operations and employees at the service desk. He also plans, develops, and executes process improvement strategies to maximize overall business efficiency and profitability while fostering positive business relationships through regular communication. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Orleans and his professional certifications include CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Off the clock, he spends his free time with his wife, three children, and dog, and enjoys football and fishing.
